UPMI Prison Economic Reform Educational Program begins at the Julia Tutwiler Women’s Prison

UPMI began the PEREP program at the Julia Tutwiler Women’s Prison March 23rd. This program prepares inmates for re-entry into the free world by encouraging total life stewardship for prisoners.
